The AWMF-0146 from Anokiwave is a Ku-Band SATCOM Quad-Core Receiver IC that operates from 10.7 to 12.75 GHz. The IC provides 6-bit phase control (LSB= 5.625°) and 5-bit gain control (LSB=0.5 dB) with a gain of 29 dB and a noise figure of 1.9 dB. It supports four dual-polarization radiating elements with full polarization flexibility (RHCP, LHCP, and linear).
