STAMPEDE2731 Image

The STAMPEDE2731 from Sivers Semiconductors is an 8-Channel Beamforming Front-End IC that operates from 27.5 to 31 GHz. It is designed for uplink in ground-based SATCOM terminals and phased array antenna applications. This IC is fabricated using RF-Silicon on Insulator (RF-SOI) technology and consists of an on-chip beam table memory along with a 6-bit 360° phase shifter. Each channel supports dual polarization (4 channels per polarization) with reconfigurable and independent dual beam directions, delivering high linear output power and efficiency.

The STAMPEDE2731 IC supports high-speed SPI control and enables scalable array configurations through multiple chip-addressing modes. This IC also integrates temperature and power sensing for monitoring and has low power consumption with low standby leakage. It is available in a chip-scale package compatible with low-cost PCB manufacturing and is suitable for ground-based SATCOM terminals and phased array antenna systems.
