The P6000+ from Berten is a MANET Radio Transceiver that operates from 225 MHz to 6 GHz. It uses a proprietary COFDM waveform and delivers a data rate of up to 120 Mbps. This transceiver operates in FDMA and TDMA multiple access modes, supporting scalable mesh and MANET networking protocols. It supports encrypted communications and is internally synchronized to eliminate the need for GPS. This transceiver has built-in self-tests (BIST) & temperature monitoring and is qualified for airborne environmental conditions supporting hypersonic mobility up to Mach 5 (>6000 Km/h). It is a defence-grade transceiver that provides a light, compact, robust, and affordable solution for airborne, maritime, and ground communications.
The P6000+ supports Dynamic Packet Routing between nodes without LoS and has features like IP filtering, wireless bridge & IP multicast. It requires a DC supply of 24-30 V and consumes less than 1.5 A of current. This transceiver can be controlled via 1000BASE-T or RJ-45 Ethernet and RS232, RS422/485, UART, or SBUS serial interfaces. It is available in a rugged IP67-rated Aluminum enclosure that measures 118 x 166 x 59 mm and has 2x SMA RF connectors. This transceiver is ideal for use in tactical ISR data links, telemetry & video streaming, command and control (C2), intra-flight data links, wireless backhauls, and mesh networks.
