PFS-1G20G

The PFS-1G20G from Quantic PMI is a Frequency Synthesizer that operates from 1 to 20 GHz. It delivers an output power level of more than 10 dBm in 0.2 Hz steps and has a frequency accuracy of ±2 x 10-7 (or same as external ref). This frequency synthesizer has a phase noise of less than -138 dBm/Hz and a tuning speed of less than 50 ms. It has spurious levels better than -65 dBc and harmonics of less than -5 dBc. This frequency synthesizer requires a DC supply of +12 V and consumes 1.4 A of current. It can be controlled via an RS232 interface and uses a 10 MHz reference signal. This frequency synthesizer is available in a module that measures 4.53 x 3.74 x 0.79 inches and has SMA female field replaceable connectors.
