The ZED-X20D from u-blox is a Multi-band High-precision GNSS Module designed for dual-antenna applications that require robust RTK positioning and accurate heading information. It supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and NavIC constellations and is based on the 1344-channel u-blox X20 GNSS engine. This High-Precision GNSS module supports advanced positioning techniques such as RTK, PPP-RTK, and PPP, delivering position accuracies of 0.6 cm + 1 ppm (RTK), <6 cm (PPP-RTK), and <10 cm (PPP). It also supports u-blox AssistNow Live Orbits, PointPerfect Flex, PointPerfect Live, and PointPerfect Global correction services.
The ZED-X20D integrates security features such as Root of Trust, jamming and spoofing detection, and cryptographic authentication via Galileo OSNMA. It has a tracking and navigation sensitivity of -167 dBm, a cold-start sensitivity of -148 dBm, a hot-start sensitivity of -158 dBm, and a reacquisition sensitivity of -160 dBm. This GNSS module can be controlled via UART, SPI, USB, and DDC interfaces. It requires a DC supply of 3.0 to 3.6 V and consumes 125 mA. This module is available in an LGA package measuring 17.0 × 22.0 × 2.4 mm. It is ideal for precision agriculture, unmanned autonomous vehicles (UAVs), and other industrial applications.
