The ZED-X20K from u-blox is an Automotive-Qualified GNSS Module that covers multiple constellations, including GPS, QZSS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, and SBAS, and supports all GNSS bands. It is designed to enable effortless rollout and massive scalability with uniform positioning performance worldwide, without requiring a cellular connection. This module natively supports global PPP-AR solutions, including Galileo HAS and PointPerfect (PPP) Global, providing cm-level accuracy in diverse geographical regions. It incorporates u-blox’s X20 engine that supports dead reckoning algorithms to maintain high-accuracy positioning in environments where satellite connectivity fails.
The ZED-X20K AEC-Q104-qualified GNSS module offers multipath mitigation to ensure efficient satellite signal reception, even in challenging environments such as urban canyons, and includes advanced spoofing and jamming protection in accordance with the ISO 21434 standard. It offers a positioning accuracy better than 10 cm (RTK) and 20 cm (PPP), with a tracking sensitivity of -160 dBm. This GNSS receiver has built-in software that provides raw Doppler, code, and other measurements with support for several protocols. It can be controlled via multiple interfaces, including USB and SPI. This module requires a DC supply of 2.7-3.6 V and draws 65 mA of current. It is available in an LGA package measuring 17.0 x 22.0 x 2.4 mm.
