The WaveSTRATE 26LB from Fujipoly are Flexible Copper Clad Laminates (CCLs) designed for use in the high-frequency range, especially millimeter waves. They feature up to 2 layers of copper with a cloth-less fluororesin material (filled with non-reinforced ceramics) in between them, and the copper layers provide high peel strength. These laminates have a relative permittivity of 2.60, an effective permittivity of 2.15, and a dissipation factor of 0.0012. They have a breakdown voltage of 3.82 V and a resistivity of 2.03 x 1014 (volume) & 1.45 x 1014 (surface). 

The WaveSTRATE 26LB CCLs have a peel strength of more than 20 N/cm and a coefficient of linear expansion of 32.6 ppm (along X-axis). These copper-clad laminates are available as sheets measuring 300 x 400 mm. They have been tested as per standards such as IPC-TM650 2.6.2.1, ASTM D638 and UL94, thereby ensuring high reliability.
