The ADL8154 from Analog Devices is a GaAs Low Phase Noise MMIC Amplifier that operates from 10 MHz to 6.0 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 16.5 dB with a noise figure of 3.5 dB and an output IP3 of up to 34.5 dBm. This amplifier exhibits residual phase noise of −172 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. 

The ADL8154 operates from a single 5 V supply and draws 125 mA of quiescent current. This low-phase-noise amplifier has DC-coupled 50-ohm matched RF input and output ports, with bias current set via an external resistor. It is fabricated using a GaAs HBT process and is available in an 8-lead LFCSP package measuring 2 × 2 mm. It is ideal for telecommunications, test & measurement equipment, radar systems, and local oscillator driver applications.
