The HMC1086F10 is a 25 W Gallium Nitride (GaN) MMIC Power Amplifier which operates between 2 and 6 GHz with a 23 dB small signal gain. The amplifier provides 44.5 dBm of saturated power, 46 dBm IP3, 33 dBm output power per tone. It requires a 28V Supply and draws 11 ma of current. The HMC1086F10 is available in a 10-lead flange mount package and is ideal for use in Test Instrumentation, general communications and radar applications.
