The HMC1087F10 is an 8 W Gallium Nitride (GaN) MMIC Power Amplifier which operates between 2 and 20 GHz with a 11 dB small signal gain. The amplifier provides 39 dBm of saturated power, 43 dBm IP3 and 28 dBm output power per tone. It requires a 28V DC Supply and draws 850 ma current. The HMC1087F10 is available in a 10-lead flange mount package and is ideal for use in Test Instrumentation, general communications and radar applications.
