'The 2000SP1z2G1z4 from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a self-contained, forced-air-cooled, solid-state amplifier that operates from 1.2 to 1.4 GHz. It delivers over 2000 watts of peak RF pulse power with a gain of more than 63 dB and a noise figure of 15 dB. The amplifier is ideal for RF pulse susceptibility testing, Industrial and University Research and Development, and Service applications.

It is available as a benchtop unit with N-type female connector and has a digital front panel display that shows forward and reflected output plus extensive system status information which can be accessed through a series of menus via soft keys. It can also be rack mounted. The amplifier has a built-in IEEE-488 (GPIB), RJ-45, USB & Ethernet interface.
