The 750S1G6C from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Solid-State Amplifier System that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 500 W across the frequency range with a small signal gain of up to 66 dB. This class A amplifier system has a noise figure of less than 10 dB, spurious levels of -73 dBc, and harmonic distortion under -20 dBc. It is immune to input overdrive above 0 dBm, power supply faults, over-temperature, and has protection against other failure conditions as well.
The 750S1G6C can be controlled via GPIB, RS-232, fiber-optic serial, and USB/Ethernet interfaces. It has a front panel display that indicates its operational status and fault conditions.
