The ATEK951P4 from ATEK MIDAS is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. It provides 18 dB of gain with a noise figure of 2.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 17 dBm. The frequency range of this LNA can be extended below 10 MHz by increasing the values of external components. It features a bypass stage controlled by a positive voltage, eliminating the need for negative voltage rails. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 91 mA in LNA mode and 3 mA in bypass mode. 

The ATEK951P4 is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm with the RF input and output matched to 50 ohms internally. It is ideal for wideband receivers, telecommunications, test and measurement, SDR, radar, and electronic warfare applications.
