BMPC9X89X8-8000

The BMPC9X89X8-8000 from Comtech PST is a GaN solid state power amplifier that operates from 9 to 9.9 GHz in the X-band. This Class AB amplifier delivers an output power of up to 8000 W with a gain of 69 dB. It has been developed for use in ruggedised Radar applications. The amplifier design features Self Protection for Load VSWR, Duty Factor, Pulse Width, Temperature, as well as a graceful degradation incase of a RF power module failure. Custom configurations and features are available as well as customer specific power levels up to 16 kW.
