The AGN/098-5864-P from CTT is a GaN Solid-State Narrowband Power Amplifier (Pulsed) which operates from 8.5 to 9.8 GHz. They provide an output power of 600 watts with a gain of over 64 dB and noise figure of 7 dB. The amplifier requires a 50 V supply voltage and draws a current of 58 A. It is available in a compact hermetically sealed package which has SMA Connectors and can operate up to 60 C.
