The ERZ-HPA-0900-1000-56 from ERZIA is a GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 9 to 10 GHz. It delivers an output power of 450 W with a power gain of 59 dB. It is available in a compact aluminum housing measuring 218 x 187.5 x 42.5 mm and has an SMA (female) connector at the  RF input & a WR90 waveguide interface at the output port. This amplifier is ideal for X-band radar applications.
