The ERZ-HPA-0900-1000-56 from ERZIA is a GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 9 to 10 GHz. It delivers an output power of 450 W with a power gain of 59 dB. This amplifier has a pulse width of 0.02 to 100 μs and a pulse repetition interval (PRI) of more than 10 μs in up to 10% duty cycle. It has a pulse rise/fall time of up to 10 ns and an input/output VSWR of 1.60:1. This power amplifier requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes 245 W of power. It is available in a compact aluminum housing measuring 218 x 187.5 x 42.5 mm and has an SMA (female) connector at the  RF input & a WR90 waveguide interface at the output port. This amplifier is ideal for X-band radar applications.
