The 8100-027 from ETS-Lindgren is a Pulsed TWT Amplifier that operates from 2 to 8 GHz. It delivers an output power of 4000 W with pulse width from 200 ns to 50 µs. This amplifier has harmonics of better than -10 dBc and a VSWR of less than 2:1. It can be controlled via GPIB and LAN interfaces. The amplifier is available in a rack-mount 8U enclosure that measures 19.0 x 24.8 inches with N-type (female) input connectors and 7/16 (female) output connectors. It is ideal for use in EMC and general RF applications.

The amplifier requires an AC supply of 200/240 V and consumes less than 1500 W of power.
