The AMP10041 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a GaN Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It delivers an output power of 100 W (CW) with a power gain of over 50 dB. This SSPA is based on Class AB linear GaN technology and achieves high efficiency in a compact form factor. It can be used for all single-channel modulation standards during testing scenarios. This power amplifier has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc, harmonic levels of -25 dBc, and a 2-tone intermodulation distortion (IMD) of -30 dBc. 

The AMP10041 amplifier is equipped with robust built-in protection circuits, thereby ensuring high reliability and ruggedness. This SSPA requires a DC supply of 32 V and consumes less than 24 A of current. It is available as a module that measures 260 x 200 x 27 mm and has an SMA (female) connector at the input and a Type-N female connector at the output side.
