The AMP1110A from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 2 to 8 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 40 watts with a gain of over 46 dB and a noise figure of less than 8 dB. This Class AB linear GaN hybrid design amplifier requires a supply voltage of 32 VDC and consumes up to 10 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 200 x 110 x 25 mm with SMA female connectors. This SSPA suitable for all single channel modulation standards has built-in protection circuits and an instantaneous wide bandwidth.
