AMP20085

The AMP20085 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 6 GHz (Band A) and 6 to 10 GHz (Band B). It delivers a saturated output power of more than 100 W with a power gain of over 50 dB and a gain flatness of less than 4.0 dB peak-to-peak. This power amplifier employs a Class A/AB linear design utilizing high-power advanced technology devices and provides an instantaneous ultra-wide bandwidth with high efficiency. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of 20 dBc. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation of -30 dBc and a return loss of less than -10 dB (input). 

The AMP20085 has a local LCD screen for enhanced monitoring capabilities and built-in protection circuits, offering unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. It also has remote flexible interfaces such as Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB and GPIB for control. This power amplifier requires an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 1200 W of power. It is available in a 5U rack-mount enclosure that measures 481 x 221 x 700 mm and has N-type (female) connectors for the input/output ports. This amplifier is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse and all communication applications.
