The AMP20110 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 150 W with a power gain of more than 53 dB and a power gain flatness of up to 4 dBp-p. This SSPA features a Class A/AB GaN linear design using high-power devices to deliver ultra-wide instantaneous bandwidth, high efficiency, and reliable, rugged performance. It has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This power amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation of less than -30 dBc and an input return loss of less than -10 dB.
The AMP20110 has a local LCD screen for extensive monitoring capabilities and built-in protection circuits. It has remote flexible interfaces like Ethernet RJ-45, TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB and GPIB (optional). This power amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 1400 W of power. It is available in a 4U rack-mount enclosure measuring 482 x 178 x 560 mm and has N-Type female connectors at the input/sample and output ports. This amplifier is designed for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse and all communication applications.
