AMP20140

The AMP20140 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 20 MHz to 3 GHz. This SSPA features a Class AB linear LDMOS/GaN design for ultra-wideband operation, high reliability, and rugged performance, and supports all single-channel modulation standards. It delivers a saturated output power of 100 W with a power gain of more than 50 dB and a gain flatness of up to ±4 dB p-p. This power amplifier has spurious levels of -60 dBc and harmonics of -15 dBc. It has a 2-tone intermodulation of -30 dBc and an input return loss of 10 dB. 

The AMP20140 supports digital monitoring and control interfaces like Ethernet RJ-45, RS-422/485, and USB, with optional GPIB control. It has built-in protection circuits and uses forced air cooling. This amplifier requires an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consumes up to 800 W of power. It is available in a 3U rack-mount enclosure measuring 430 × 133 × 560 mm and has Type-N female connectors.
