The AMP2123P-4KW from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 400 to 1000 MHz. It provides a peak pulsed output power of 4 kW with a gain of more than 66 dB (gain adjustment range of 20 dB). The amplifier has a pulse width of up to 100 µs, 6% duty cycle, and a pulse droop of less than 1 dB. This class AB amplifier is equipped with inbuilt protection circuits that offer input protection up to 10 dBm. It can also monitor parameters for Forward/Reflected power in Watts & dBm, VSWR, voltage, current, and temperature sensing for unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. It has harmonics of -20 dBc and spurious levels of under -60 dBc.
