The AMP4002P from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state GaN power amplifier that operates from 9.1 GHz to 9.5 GHz. It provides 500 Watts of pulse peak power with a rise/fall time of 75 ns. This X-Band Class AB linear amplifier is housed in a small form factor 19"rack. The system also incorporates an internal filter for -60 dBc Max harmonics and features a state of the art controller capable of supporting Ethernet TCP/IP, RS422/485 and remote Bluetooth connectivity.
