AMP40037

The AMP40037 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 50 W with a power gain of more than 46 dB and a power gain flatness of up to 4 dBp-p. This SSPA has a Class A/AB linear design that uses high-power, advanced-technology devices and provides instantaneous ultra-wide bandwidth and high efficiency, with unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This power amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation of less than -30 dBc and an input return loss of less than -10 dB.  

The AMP40037 has a local LCD screen for extensive monitoring capabilities and built-in protection circuits. It has remote flexible interfaces like Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB and GPIB (optional). This power amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 1500 W of power. It is available in a 3U rack-mount enclosure measuring 430 x 133 x 750 mm and has 2.9 mm connectors at the input/sample and a WR28 waveguide interface at the output port. This amplifier is designed for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse and all communication applications.
