The MAMG-100227-010C0L is a GaN-on-Si hybrid power amplifier (PA) that operates from 225 to 2600 MHz. It delivers an output power of 10 W CW, power gain of 22 dB with a power added efficiency (PAE) of 40%. This broadband module combines the design efficiencies of a fully-matched (50 Ohms), two-stage PA architecture with top-side and bottom-side mounting configurability. It is available in a 14 x 18 sq. mm, air-cavity laminate package and is ideal for use in tactical military communications, LMR, and wireless (public safety) markets. A gold-plated copper heat sink is attached to the bottom side of the laminate substrate. The package can be accessed from the top or the bottom allowing for “live bug” or “dead bug” mounting.
