The AMM-10220PSM from Marki Microwave is a surface-mount LO driver amplifier that operates from 2 to 26 GHz. It provides an output P1dB of 15.5 dBm with a small-signal gain of 14 to 16 dB and a noise figure of 3.6 dB. This driver amplifier features input and output return losses of up to 18 dB and is designed with a positive gain slope, which effectively compensates for frequency-dependent losses. 

The AMM-10220PSM requires a sequencing circuit and operates from a 5 V DC supply while drawing 74 mA of current. It is housed in a compact QFN package measuring 5 × 5 × 1.2 mm. This amplifier is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar, satellite communications, driver amplification for H- and S-diode mixers, and electronic warfare system applications.
