The AMM-11078CH from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Distributed Amplifier that operates from 0.01 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 24 dBm, with a small-signal gain of 17.5 dB and a noise figure of 3.8 dB. This distributed amplifier is internally matched to 50 Ω at both the RF input and output ports, making it well-suited for wideband driver stages in RF/mmWave front ends. It provides a reverse isolation of 55 dB and has an input return pf 18 dB and an output return loss of 19 dB. 

The AMM-11078CH requires a 7 V DC supply and draws less than 220 mA of current. It is available as a bare die measuring 2.4 x 1.68 mm and is ideal for SATCOM, 5G transceivers and test & measurement equipment.
