HX2600 Image

The HX2600 from Maury Microwave is an Ultra-Low Phase Noise RF Amplifier that operates from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. The amplifier has a P1dB of 15 dBm with a gain of 11 dB and a phase noise of -156 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz and -162 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz. It has a second harmonic of -25 dBc and third harmonic of -30 dBc. The amplifier requires a 12V DC supply with a current consumption of 50 mA.

The amplifier is available in a module with Female SMA Connectors and measures 44.5 x 38.1 x 12.7 mm. The proprietary circuit inside the amplifier makes it ideal for laboratory use and manufacturing applications where low phase noise and low additive jitter are critical.
