The NW-PA-11B02A from NuWaves Engineering is a solid state power amplifier that operates from 225 MHz to 2.6 GHz. It delivers an output power of 10 W with a gain of 38.5 dB and has a switching speed of less than 30 microseconds. This amplifier requires a supply voltage from 11 to 32 VDC and consumes under 1.8 A of current. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 2.340 x 1.960 x 0.620 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for unmanned aircraft systems, software defined radios and broadband RF telemetry applications.

The NW-PA-11B02A is also available as a development kit (p/n NW-PA-ACC-KT02), which includes a fan-cooled heat sink, and an interface cable assembly with banana plug terminations for lab testing.
