The POL200–1840 from Polarity is an MPM TWT Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers more than 200 W of output power with a gain of 50 dB and has a VSWR of less than 1.3:1. The amplifier has a rich control protocol that supports serial RS232/422/485, ethernet, and has advanced user-friendly communication tools for data logging and cost-effective maintenance.

The POL200–1840 is designed to provide industry-leading reliability and rugged performance that meets the demands of today’s complex microwave radar systems. It has multiple built-in protection measures such as high-speed fault protection (<3μs), output arc detector, input/output isolator, and reverse power detection. The amplifier is available in a cabinet that measures 16 x 10.5 x 3.25 inches with 2.4 mm input and WR-34G waveguide output. It is designed for ground mobile or airborne systems applications.
