MHCV01

The MHCV01 from Polyfet RF Devices is a Power Amplifier that operates from 20 to 1000 MHz. It delivers an output power of 10 W with a gain of 30 dB. This power amplifier also includes an ALC pin to control output power, gain and blanking of the device. It has harmonic levels of -30 dBc (2nd order) and a 2-tone intermodulation of 25 dBc. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes 2.2 A of current. It is available in a compact module that measures 3.30 x 2.90 x 0.50 inches. This amplifier is ideal for military applications.
