TGA2814-SM Image

The TGA2814-SM is a high-power, S-band amplifier that operates from 3.1 GHz to 3.5 GHz. It provides over 80 Watts of saturated power and a 24 dB gain with 55% power added efficiency. The amplifier has good thermal properties, it can support a range of bias voltages and performs well under pulse operation. The TGA2814-SMDC is available in a 7.0 x 7.0 x 0.85 mm package with blocking capacitors on both RF ports, which are matched to 50 ohms. It is ideal for both military and commercial radar applications.
