The TQP9113 from Triquint is a 2-stage linear amplifier that operates from 1. 8 GHz to 2.7 GHz. It provides a gain of 27.6 dB, has an IP3 of 41 dBm and P1dB of 30.6 dBm. The amplifier requires a supply of 5 V and draws 215 mA of current. It is available in a 20-pin QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm. The TQP9113 has an adjustable bias allowing the amplifier’s power consumption to be reduced for occasions when linear performance is not required. It can also switched on and off for TDD applications.
