QLA-0.1-40000-40-30

The QLA-0.1-40000-40-30 from Qualwave is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 0.1 MHz to 40 GHz. It provides a gain of more than 40 dB with a noise figure of 3 dB and an output P1dB of 13 dBm. This LNA has reverse isolation of 50 dB and spurious levels better than -60 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 5 to 8 V and draws 280 mA of current. 

The QLA-0.1-40000-40-30 is available as a module measuring 34 x 20 x 8 mm and has 2.92mm (female) connectors. It is ideal for wireless, receiver, laboratory test and radar applications.
