The BXMP1262 from Spectrum Control is an RF Amplifier that operates from 30 MHz to 2000 MHz. It provides a gain of 29 dB with a noise figure of 4.7 dB and delivers an output 1 dB compression point of +29 dBm. This amplifier provides an OIP3 of 45 dBm and an OIP2 of 54 dBm. It has a reverse isolation of 47 dB. This amplifier can handle an input drive of up to +18 dBm and has an input and output VSWR of 1.5:1. 

The BXMP1262 operates from a +15 V DC supply and draws a current of 500 mA. It is housed in a laser-welded SMA-connectorized package that measures 1.36 × 0.66 × 0.33 inches. The amplifier is well-suited for broadband RF and microwave signal amplification applications.
