The TTRM4005DR from TraidRF is a class AB GaN Dual Bi-Directional SSPA module that operates from 4.4 to 5 GHz. the module contains two Bi-directional amplifiers. In Tx mode, it provides 44 dBm of OFDM output power per channel and a gain of 25 dB while operating from a 12 Vdc supply. In Rx mode, it provides 5 dBm of OFDM output power per channel and a gain of 10 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB. This Power Amplifier has been designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3G/4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. This amplifier is available in a small, lightweight package that measures 6 x 4.77 x 2.5 inches with TNC-female connectors and is designed to extend range of mission-critical communications.
