The HTX2G01P3K0CC-T from Watech Electronics is an LDMOS Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 0.4 to 100 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 3000 W (CW) and 4000 W (pulsed). This PA provides a gain of approximately 32 dB (CW) and 34 dB (pulsed), with an efficiency of up to 69% (CW) and 74% (pulsed). It requires a DC operating drain voltage 110 V. 

The HTX2G01P3K0CC-T is available in an air-cavity ceramic flanged package measuring 32.23 × 19.61 × 5.00 mm. It is ideal for plasma generators, MRI systems, CO2 lasers, nuclear magnetic resonance instruments and particle accelerator applications.
