ADH787AS Image

The ADH787AS from Analog Devices is a Double Balanced Mixer that operates from 3 GHz to 10 GHz. This mixer is fabricated in a gallium arsenide (GaAs), metal semiconductor field effect transistor (MESFET) process and requires no external components or matching circuitry. It can be used as an upconverter or downconverter and has a conversion loss of 9 dB. This double-balanced mixer has an input P1dB of 17 dBm and an IF frequency range of DC to 4 GHz.

The ADH787AS  has an LO to RF isolation of 43 dB & an RF to IF isolation of 26 dB due to optimized balun structures and operates with a LO drive level of 17 dBm. This GaAs mixer is available in an LCC ceramic hermetic SMT package that measures 5.08 x 5.08 mm. It is ideal for microwave radio, test equipment & sensors, military, and space applications. The mixer complies with MIL-PRF-38535, Class Level S specifications.
