The M9-0444 from Marki Microwave is a Double Balanced mmWave Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 4 to 44 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. It can handle up to 23 dBm of input power, has a P1dB of up to +6 dBm, and a conversion loss of less than 12.5 dB. The mixer typically provides an LO to RF isolation of 25 dB and an LO to IF isolation of 25 dB. It is available in a module that measures 33.7 x 22.8 x 9.9 with 2.40 mm female and SMA-female connectors. The mixer is suitable for test and measurement applications including whole-band conversion and spectrum monitoring, and as a first stage down-conversion mixer for spectrum monitoring.
