The MM1-0212LSM is a low power GaAs MMIC double balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 12 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. The mixer has an IP3 of 12 dBm, a low conversion loss and high LO to RF isolation at extremely low LO drives. It is ideal for radio, radar, electronic warfare, and sub-6 GHz 5G applications. The MM1-0212LSM is available as a 4x4 mm QFN, bare die, or a connectorized module.

The MM1-0212HSM and MM1-0212SSM mixer products are from the same family and are recommended for higher linearity applications with an IP3 of 24 dBm and 28 dBm respectively.
