The MM1-0320LBH from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double Balanced Mixer with LO/RF frequencies from 3 to 20 GHz and an IF frequency range from DC to 4 GHz. It is a passive mixer featuring CAD-optimized isolation and spurious-free performance in a high-performance BH package, with a low LO drive requirement of +5 dBm. This double-balanced mixer has a conversion loss of 7 dB with an input IP3 of 8.5 dBm and an LO-to-RF isolation of 52 dB.

The MM1-0320LBH is available as a module measuring 1.142 x 0.781 x 0.330 inches and has 2.92 mm (female) connectors. It is ideal for use in test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, electronic warfare, and aerospace & defense applications. This REACH- and RoHS-compliant mixer has an EAR99 export classification and can operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +100°C.
