MMIQ-30120H Image

The MMIQ-30120H from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs Differential Mixer MMIC with an RF/LO frequency from 30 to 120 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 30 GHz. This mixer can handle an input power of up to +25 dBm per port and has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB. It provides a LO-to-RF isolation of 40 dB and an image rejection of 27 dBc. This mixer has an I/Q amplitude balance of 1.9 dB and an I/Q phase balance of 2.7°. It is available as a die that measures 0.107 x 0.110 inches or an optional connectorized module that measures 0.75 x 0.69 inches with 1 mm (female) and 1.85 mm (female) connectors. It is ideal for mmWave frequency conversion, differential IF, single sideband, image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, and band shifting applications.
