The CMD261 is a general purpose double balanced mixer die with a RF frequency from 30 and 46 GHz. It has a low conversion loss of 8 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 30 dB, and a high input P1dB of 12 dBm across the bandwidth. The CMD261 can be used in both up/down converting systems and can be configured as an image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with external hybrids and power splitters.
