QPC4510 Image

The QPC4510 from Qorvo is an RF Upconverter Mixer that converts input frequencies from DC to 4 GHz (IF) to output frequencies from 17.7 to 26.5 GHz (RF). It is manufactured using Qorvo’s pHEMT process technology and consists of an x2 LO buffer amplifier and an output variable gain amplifier. This mixer provides a conversion gain of 13 dB with a noise figure of 15 dB. It provides an image rejection of 15 dB and has a return loss of 11 dB (RF). 

The QPC4510 also supports an optional nulling operation for the LO to improve isolation. This RF Mixer requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 360 mA of current. It is available in a QFN package that measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.3 mm. This mixer is ideal for mmWave communications, VSAT ground terminals, and point-to-point radio applications.
