K2608

The K2608 from kTB Solutions is a Noise Source that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It provides an ENR greater than 40 dB with ENR flatness of ±1.5 dB. The hermetically sealed noise diode offers stable performance over temperature and bias variations. It requires a 15 V DC bias and draws up to 100 mA of current.

The k2608 is available as a module measuring 21.4 x 38 x 25.4 mm and has an SMA (Female) connector. It is suitable for broadband radar systems, noise-figure measurements, and automated test equipment (ATE) applications that require fast switching performance.
