PLO-48D4G-EXT

The PLO-48D4G-EXT from PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a Phase Locked Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (PLDRO) operating at 48.4 GHz. It delivers an output power of +10 dBm. This PLDRO has spurious levels of less than −60 dBc, harmonic suppression of −20 dBc, and phase noise of −94 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. It accepts an external 100 MHz sine wave reference and operates from a +12 V DC supply with a current consumption of 500 mA. The PLO-48D4G-EXT is housed in a nickel-plated module measuring 2.25 × 2.25 × 0.62 inches and has 2.4mm connectors. It supports an operating temperature range of −40 to +70 °C and complies with EAR99 export classification.
