The TuffTest™ from San-tron are VNA Test Cables that operate from DC to 67 GHz (40/50/67 GHz). They are high-performance microwave cables protected by a wound stainless steel armor casing and an abrasion-resistant outer sheath. These cables offer high flexibility, crush, and torque resistance with virtually no cable spring back. They feature several layers of shielding which include a PTFE outer jacket, an FEP inner jacket and a PTFE dielectric. These test cables have an outer diameter of 0.183/0.236 inches and a minimum bend radius of 2.36 inches. They have an amplitude stability with a flexure of ±0.10 dB and a phase stability with a flexure of ±9°.

The TuffTest™ cables are available with 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, and 1.85 mm (male/female) connector options. The 2.92 mm connectors are also compatible with SMA and 3.5 mm connectors.
