The WF63 from Amped RF is a stand-alone Wi-Fi Module that supports 802.11b/g/n, 802.11d regulatory domain, and 802.11r standards. It has data rates of up to 4 Mbps using the SPI interface and transmits 23 dBm of output power. This 2.4 GHz RF module includes a 100 MHz Cortex-M4 microprocessor, a chip antenna, 6 general purpose/ADC IO lines and several serial interface options. The module features transmit power back-off, Wi-Fi direct, Wi-Fi protected setup, Hotspot 2.0, and soft access point. The complete stack, TCP/IP with WLAN, is hosted on the integrated MCU. A simple AT command interface allows users to easily configure and operate the WF63. This RoHS-compliant, surface-mount module measures 14.6 x 13.5 x 2.8 mm and has FCC, CE, and IC certifications.
