The WE866E4-P is a fully integrated dual-band (2.4/5GHz) Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 module for high bandwidth IoT applications. It has an integrated tri-core system-on-chip, with dedicated CPU’s for IoT application, Wi-Fi and BLE. The IoT application processor runs on ARM Cortex-M4F @128 MHz with 300 KB of dedicated SRAM. The Module is IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n & Bluetooth certified and complies with the Wi-Fi Alliance & BT SIG-v5 requirements. It has a receive sensitivity of -96 dBm and provides a transmit power of 19 dBm while operating over a supply of 3.3 V. The WE866E4-P is available in a surface mount package that measures 20.5 x 16.3 x 2.2 mm and is ideal for the smart home, Industrial/commercial, healthcare and medical applications. This module is available for the EMEA, North America, Japan, and Korea regions.

The WE866E4-P module also integrates 4 MB of internal flash with wide array of peripherals (SDIO, SPI, UART, ADC, PWM, GPIO, I2S, I2C, USB-for manufacturing only). It is self-contained with full Wi-Fi, BLE and TCP/IP networking stacks. This module supports a complete suite of security features such as Secure Boot, Flash encryption, Copy Protection, WPA/WPA2 Personal and Enterprise security modes along with upper layer security protocols such as TLS-1.2/SSL and HTTPS.
